Yanlin Song is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.

Her main areas of research interest include regulatory frameworks, organisational support and employee engagement.

Prior to joining Henley Business School, Yanlin completed an MSc in Accounting and Finance at the University of Manchester in 2024. Her undergraduate qualification was a BSc in Accounting and Finance at the University of Lancaster in 2022.
