Zhen Shi is a Henley Business School PhD student in the department of Leadership, Organisations, Behaviour and Reputation.
Zhen's research primarily focuses on organisational behaviour, specifically on the how it is impacted by human and artificial intelligence collaboration in the workplace.
Before joining Henley Business School, Zhen obtained an MSc in International Business Management from Oxford Brookes University in 2024 and a BA in Classical Music Performance from Henan University (China) in 2012. Between 2012 and 2023, she accumulated 10 years of teaching and management experience.
