Observing the body movement in clients is a key ingredient that can be drawn upon in the coaching scenario.

This session will introduce you to the basic elements of Laban’s Movement Analysis.

By the end of the session you will have learned about the four movement efforts and will be able to practice observing these in your day-to-day life and own coaching practice.
