"The only definition of a leader I know is someone who has followers." – Peter Drucker
Leadership is about more than what’s on your CV, it goes beyond your technical and professional expertise and experience. True leadership is about people and your relationship with them.
This is a highly interactive workshop; you will build a capacity to have better conversations with people and develop a strong leadership presence. You will learn and practice the core coaching skills of listening, being present, asking powerful questions and enabling sustainable change. Topics will include: working with emotions, using space, and the importance of reflection and how it applies in the workplace.
By the end of the event you will:
• develop a capacity to have better conversations with your colleagues and reports
• gain tools to help you become a better listener
• identify practices to help you build your presence as a leader.
