Description
We invite you to join this masterclass with Professors Ben Laker and Bernd Vogel from the Henley Centre for Leadership, which will take the form of a discussion with participants, and will provide practical insights and challenge your thinking about how to create a rewarding and productive working environment for yourself and your team.
At a personal level, we will unearth, compare and synergise your hopes and fears as a senior manager and about leading your teams post-pandemic. At an organisational level, we will invite you to discuss key issues around the ongoing transformations you are experiencing at work. For example, is there equality in hybrid working, or does this fragment or even fracture the team?
We will explore whether we have moved to more democracy and participation or to more control and disempowerment, specifically who has more or less, and what have we learnt about healthy performance and wellbeing from that.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the event you will have:
- benchmarked your leadership practice against that of your peers, in the context of the post-pandemic working environment
- considered what you as a strategic leader and the organisational leadership in your firm can learn from the forefront of research and thought leadership
- challenged your thinking about creating a rewarding and productive working environment for yourself and your team.
Who Should Attend?
Leaders who are responsible for team motivation and performance – particularly in the context of a hybrid working environment.
