Description

This webinar with Gelong Thubten – Buddhist monk and renowned thought leader and speaker – explains how non-religious mindful meditation can help you create a resourceful mental state amid the rapidly changing environment that we all now live in. This practice has become widespread and well recognised as a way of positively managing your mental health. It has been proven to help reduce stress and improve focus, as well as improve your wellbeing, happiness and motivation.

Thubten will explain techniques and describe their application in the workplace, giving you practical tools which you can apply in your daily life.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this session, you will:

  • understand how to create a resourceful mental state – whatever the exterior disturbance
  • have the presence and calmness of mind to make sound, unhurried decisions
  • be able to reduce stress and increase your ability to maintain a resilient and balanced outlook
  • have a more positive mental attitude and greater energy and motivation

Who is this for?

Any leaders who want to remain resourceful, resilient and calm, and who want to increase their energy and decrease stress!
