Spring into Property - an online course

A 1 day online programme designed for Year 12 students to gain a better understanding of the range of careers on offer within the property industry and the different pathways into them.

Students will explore the different routes into the Industry and will be given the opportunity to talk to recent graduates/apprentices to hear their experiences. Our careers team will hold a networking session and there will be a virtual site visit with a small group project which current Real Estate students will assist you with.

This is for Year 12 students only. For application criteria please follow this link (the criteria is the same as summer school). We recommend that students complete the OOC prior to starting the course.

On completion of this course students we will be able to assist students in arranging work experience in the October half term, assign them e-mentors and they will be able to apply for a bursary of up to £30,000 should they go on to study a property related degree at University.
