What you need to know
Overview
Great leaders communicate with clarity, engage with purpose, and inspire through authenticity and trust. They expand their influence by demonstrating gravitas, telling compelling stories, acting ethically, and using cultural intelligence to forge meaningful connections. By navigating complex team dynamics and facilitating constructive conversations, great leaders build lasting commitment, empower their teams, and drive exceptional performance. Inspired employees, in turn, elevate those around them to achieve greater success.
You will work directly with expert facilitators to sharpen your skills and apply proven models for effective, high-level communication. In a dynamic, participative workshop, actor-facilitated learning creates a safe but challenging space to practice your skills and explore new approaches in real-world scenarios. Rehearse critical workplace conversations and strengthen your professional relationships.
Using your unique leadership manifesto and building on your strengths, you will craft a personal approach to influence and inspire within your organisation.
