Student initiatives

Henley Enterprise Lab co-ordinates three major events for students annually, with each one helping students take another step towards starting their own business:

- Entrepreneurship Vibes. This is a week of entrepreneurship themed events open to all first year students at Henley Business School. Students are introduced to entrepreneurship and idea generation through lectures and group activities that aim to spark creativity and provide a taste of what it means to be an entrepreneur.

- IDEAFEST Student Business Idea Competition. This is our annual entrepreneurship themed contest, aimed at getting students to work on developing a business idea that could someday be commercialised. There is prize money up for grabs for the best idea!

- Henley Summer Start-Up Boot Camp. This is our final event of the academic year and a chance for students to get hands-on with all the steps of setting up a business from scratch.

Other initiatives, which students can access whenever they need them, include the Business Idea and Start-Up Clinic appointments that are held weekly for students to discuss an idea for a business that they would some day like to set up.
