What happened to you in your most exquisite coaching sessions? Invariably, all coaches answer something like, ‘I was in flow… effortless... totally in the moment and fully engaged – magic.’ When asked ‘how did you get there?’ most aren’t sure, ‘it just happened, I was relaxed in the session and confident in the relationship.’
Using the Gestalt principle of the Fertile Void, John will explain how to skillfully repeat this process so you can create these magic moments over and over, ensuring coachees are very satisfied. He will demonstrate how this is done and leave you to practice.
Who Should Attend?
All coaches or leaders who are curious and excited about taking risks.
By attending this event live, you will receive 1 CCEU unit from the ICF and 1 CPD hour from the AC.
John Leary-Joyce is a master at deconstructing the complex art and practice of Gestalt coaching to make it more accessible. He has been practicing Gestalt for 40 years as a therapist/coach, Master’s level trainer, supervisor and was MD of the Gestalt Centre London for 12 years. By integrating his clinical and business experience, he went on to create a very innovative and experiential Gestalt training service for consultants. John is a non-executive chair of the Academy of Executive Coaching which he founded in 1999.
“I was a participant on John’s present ICF Doha Gestalt Coaching webinar 2021. The whole session was thought-provoking providing an exceptional foundation into Gestalt coaching, so much so that I signed up the same week for the certificate programme. Whilst being extremely knowledgeable, John delivers in an engaging and down-to-earth style that scaffolds the learning of those attending. I recommend John, unreservedly.”Dr Clare Beckett McInroy
