Executive MBA - Global

Personal and professional growth at the heart of the programme

Our Global Executive MBA provides a unique focus on personal development alongside the professional, as you gain a profound understanding of yourself and clarity on your future career direction and goals.

You develop these across three stages – firstly, ‘Managing the Organisation, then ‘Making Choices: Context and Stakeholders’, and finally, the final stage, ‘Making an Impact’. Woven into each of these stages are ‘Career, Leadership and Professional Development’ workshops too, so you will finish your Executive MBA armed with more than just knowledge.

As one of the UK’s first business schools, Henley has been developing leaders for over 70 years. It’s not just about developing your professional skillset. Personal development is embedded in all our programmes and it is central to our Executive Global MBA.

How we teach you

The Henley Executive MBA offers a distinctive personal and professional development experience, bringing together a carefully selected and diverse group of leaders in a dynamic and stimulating learning environment.

You won’t spend all your time in a traditional classroom, and you’ll certainly never sit silently in the back of a lecture theatre. Instead, our teaching approach is highly practical, based around a tried and tested syndicate method, and you will spend a significant amount of time working on real-life projects with your cohort.

A Truly Global Learning Experience

Join an international cohort from the UK and the Nordics for joint workshops at our Greenlands campus and in Helsinki, then immerse yourself overseas in markets such as South Africa and the USA. You’ll tackle live challenges for NGOs and charities in emerging economies and engage first‑hand with innovative start‑ups in the USA and fast‑growing firms in China. With a global syllabus, multinational peers, and at least 21 hours of lecturer contact per module, this is not a typical MBA. We invest in you as you invest in your future.
